3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Make a graham cracker crust, follow the directions on Nabisco graham cracker crumb and place the crust at the bottom of a spring pan.

In a large bowl beat eggs, one at a time. Slowly add sugar. Add the softened cream cheese and continue beating. Add the sour cream and heavy cream. Add the vanilla. Beat all the ingredients together until very smooth.

Pour into spring pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. After 45 minutes turn off the oven and leave in oven for 5 hours undisturbed. Do not open oven door. Take out and refrigerate overnight. Right before serving remove from the spring pan. "Enjoy!"
