PEACH COBBLER 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 c. cold water (for a tender crust)

FILLING:

2 lg. cans peaches (or 3 sm. cans)
Cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar
2 sticks butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare crust, then mix ingredients for the filling. Place filling in a large pan. Top with the crust, put 3 slits on top of crust, sprinkle with sugar (optional). Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until crust is brown. Wait until cool to serve.
