MEXICAN PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco sauce mix
1 pkg. Fritos corn chips
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef, drain. Mix in taco sauce mix. Place rolls in bottom of 8 inch pie pan to make crust. Crush 1 cup of corn chips, pour on top of rolls evenly. Add meat mixture, cover with cheese. Add 1 cup of corn chips over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (enough to melt cheese).
