MEXICAN PIE 
1 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
1 or 2 cans (1 lb.) refried beans
1 sm. onion
Garlic salt
1 lb. grated cheese
6 to 8 flour tortillas
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Pepper
Seasoning salt
Sliced olives

Fry meat, onions, and seasonings together until browned; add refried beans and simmer. Heat enchilada sauce and tomato sauce. Dip tortilla in sauce. Put in greased deep pie dish or casserole dish in layers: Dipped tortilla, meat mixture, cheese, olives, dribble some sauce over all, and repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with cheese; melt.
