CHILLA SAUCE 
24 lg. tomatoes, chopped
6 green peppers, chopped
4 lg. onions, finely chopped
6 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. salt

Simmer 2 hours or until it thickens. Makes a mild sauce. This recipe is about 100 years old.
