MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag of Doritos chips
1 can chopped chilies
1 c. milk
Cheese

Brown meat with onions. Drain well and add sauce, soup, chilies and milk. Mix well and pour 1/3 of mixture in casserole dish lined with chips. Cover with layer of meat mixture, chips and rest of meat. Bake at 400 degrees until bubbly. Top with cheese and return to oven until melted.
