MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
Lb. ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can evaporated milk
2 oz. chopped green chili peppers
5 oz. mild enchilada sauce
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Dorito chips

Brown meat and onion together in large skillet. Add other ingredients except cheese and Doritos. Mix well in large casserole dish. Add a layer of Doritos, meat mixture, & cheese. Repeat until used up. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
