MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 fryers, cooked and cut up
6 oz. taco-flavored Doritos
1 c. onion, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
1 tbsp. chili powder
Garlic salt to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 can Rotel
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly butter 9x13 inch pan. Place Doritos in bottom and sides of pan. Place chicken on top of Doritos. Then add onions and peppers. Mix together chili powder, salts and pepper, soup and broth. Pour over peppers and onion. Add Rotel, then cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes.
