MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. pkg. plain Doritos
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can refried beans
1 can enchilada sauce
1 c. grated cheese

Brown meat in large skillet or pan. Drain off fat. Add soup, beans and sauce to meat, mix and heat. Crush Doritos a little and pour into a 9 x 12 baking dish. Pour meat mixture over Doritos and spread evenly. Top with grated cheese and place in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted. If you like spicy hot dishes use hot enchilada sauce otherwise use mild.
