PISTACHIO SALAD | |
1 carton (9 oz.) frozen whipped topping 1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans Put whipped topping into a bowl. Sprinkle pudding mix over top and over all other ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Serve on crisp lettuce, topped with mayonnaise or sour cream. |
