I always double this recipe. SAUCE: 3/4 c. catsup 3/4 c. water 2 tbsp. vinegar 4 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 onion, chopped 1 tsp. mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Mix ingredients to make sauce and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, brown country style ribs in oven and baste with mustard. Pour sauce over ribs and cook in 9"x13" pan for approximately 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Over cooking does not hurt. Turn the ribs over after they have cooked for half of the time. Serve with rice or baked potato. Good luck and happy eating! |
