CANDIED WALNUTS 
1 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla
6 to 7 c. walnut halves

Put first 4 ingredients in saucepan; bring to boil, stirring constantly, to a soft ball. Add vanilla and walnuts. Put on waxed paper and separate.
