GREEN GODDESS SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
3/4 c. liquid (pineapple juice + water)
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted & mashed

5 cup mold - 5 to 6 servings.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in remaining liquid. Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into mold which has been oiled or dipped in cold water and chill until set. Unmold onto greens. This is a very good salad served with a chicken casserole.
