1 pkg. lime Jello
#2 crushed pineapple, drained
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped

Mix lime Jello with 1 cup hot water and 1 cup pineapple juice. Let set. Whip with cream cheese and pineapple. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into a buttered salad mold. Let set overnight in refrigerator. Serve with lettuce and mayo in center
