PASTA SQUARES
16 oz. pkg. thin spaghetti (vermicelli or capellini)
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
3 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 can mushrooms
1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 med. onion

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Lightly toss spaghetti with milk and egg. Turn mixture into pan and spread evenly. Spoon sauce over top (you may find that you won't be using the whole jar - go by your families tastes). Layer with pepperoni slices, mushrooms and onion. Then sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Cool for 5 minutes before cutting into squares. 9 to 12 servings.

Can really put in any ingredient your family enjoys. I.E. - hamburger, Italian sausage, green pepper, etc.
