PASTA VERDE 
8 oz. vermicelli
1 c. fresh spinach
1 c. fresh parsley
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. basil

Cook vermicelli, drain. Meanwhile wash spinach and parsley. Put them in food processor or blender with remaining ingredients and process until mixture is a thick puree. Toss with hot vermicelli immediately and serve.
