APPLE PUFF SALAD 
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
24 miniature marshmallows
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. finely chopped, peeled apples
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. cinnamon crisp crackers, crushed

Cook juices with cornstarch until thickened. Add marshmallows and let cool. Add fruit and Cool Whip. Spread a layer of crushed crackers in 9"x13" pan. Alternate layers of apple mixture, cracker crumbs, ending with crumbs. Refrigerate until firm.
