JOHNNIE MARZETTI 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 bunch celery (2 1/2 c.)
2 lg. onions
2 cloves garlic
8 oz. fine noodles
2 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 can (6 oz.) mushrooms
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese

Brown the meat. Add celery, onion and garlic with 1 tablespoon water. Cover and steam until tender. Remove from heat. Cook noodles, drain and add to beef. Mix in remainder of ingredients except cheese. Spread in 3 quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 250 degrees about 1 hour.
