OLD FASHIONED CORN BREAD 
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. butter

Mix dry ingredients together. Add buttermilk then stir in melted butter. Pour into greased, hot skillet or pan and bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Invert onto plate. Makes about 8 servings.
