EASY TOFFEE COOKIES 
1 box Keebler graham crackers
1 stick butter
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. melted semi-sweet chocolate chips

Line an ungreased cookie sheet with as many full size grahams as will fit. Cook butter, butter and sugar for 8-12 minutes in saucepan until foamy and thicker. Sprinkle chopped pecans on grahams. Spoon on the butter-sugar combination. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

Let sit about 5 minutes. Dabble on melted chocolate. Use however much you like. Put in refrigerator to cool and harden chocolate. Lift from pan and break into pieces. Will store in tins for a week. Keep refrigerated.
