CHICKEN ALOHA 
1 cut up fryer or your choice of parts
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. peaches, cut up (use 2 tbsp. juice)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. onions, minced
1/2 c. crushed pineapple (use juice)

Combine ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and simmer until chicken is tender. Add 1 green pepper, cut in strips, and 1 can sliced water chestnuts, during last 10 minutes of cooking. Serve with rice.
