NO DISH MEAL FOR 1-2 PEOPLE | |
1-2 skinless chicken breasts 1-2 potatoes Cut carrots for 1-2 people Place each chicken breast on its own square piece of foil (big enough to cover chicken). Sprinkle basil, sage, pepper, thyme and marjoram on each chicken. Wrap foil over each chicken. Wash and scrub whole potatoes. Wrap each potato in foil and insert potato metal stick into potato to ensure doneness. Peel and cut carrots in bite-size pieces for 1-2 people. Place in foil square, sprinkle salt and pepper, then wrap foil around carrots. Place all foil wrapped pieces on the oven rack at 450 degrees for 45-50 minutes. |
