3-FRUIT DIP 
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. orange juice (optional)
Grated peel of 1 sm. orange and 1 sm. lemon

Mix sugar and cornstarch in small saucepan. Stir in pineapple juice, cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Cool.
