PINA COLADA FRUIT DIP | |
8 oz. can crushed pineapple (in own juice, unstrained) 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. sour cream 1 can Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding (Or 1 (3 1/2 oz.) package coconut instant pudding.) In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and blend 30 seconds. (If using blender, stir after 15 seconds.) Refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit cut into chunks. Makes 2 1/2 cups. |
