CHICKEN & POTATO CASSEROLE | |
4 med. potatoes 4 boneless chicken breasts 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 onion 1 (4 oz.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese Butter baking dish. Peel and slice potatoes thin and place in bottom of dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add chicken breasts (cut into pieces) on top of potatoes. Add cream of celery soup (no water), on top of chicken. Sprinkle 1/2 diced onion over soup. Cover with foil and bake 2 hours at 325 degrees. Last 30 minutes, put grated cheese on top and continue baking uncovered. |
