CHICKEN & POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned & boned
Chopped onions
Rosemary
Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder
Paprika
Salt & pepper
4 or 5 potatoes
Salad oil or olive oil

Bone chicken breasts. Cut in pieces. Cut potatoes in slices, chop onions. Place in roaster. Add rosemary, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Pour a little oil over and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
