OLD TIME FAVORITE LEMON PIE 
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 scant tbsp. cornmeal
Juice from 2 lemons

Cream butter and sugar. Break eggs into the mixture and stir until blended. Add cornmeal and lemon juice; blend, but do not beat the mixture.

Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees until set and lightly browned.

(This will make 2 pies not as thick.)
