ONION PIE 
9" pie tin, 2 crust
1 lg. Bermuda onion
Salt & pepper
Flour
2 eggs, beat in
1 c. milk
8-10 thin slices of butter

Put pie crust on bottom of tin. Add a layer of onion (sliced thin). Add salt and pepper (sprinkled). Add flour (lightly sprinkled). Add 4 or 5 slices of butter around circle of pie. Add another layer of onions, etc. Add milk and eggs mixed together over 2 layers. Put second pie crust over and be sure both pie crusts are pressed together. Cut 3 or 4 slits in center of pie. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
