SASHIMI FISH | |
8 oz. fish (salt-water fish) 2 med. lime 3/4 c. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper 2 red "hot" pepper or 1/2 tsp. Tabasco 1/2 of a sm. onion Slice fish into strips (about 1 1/2 inches long). Put in a deep bowls. Cut lime in half; squeeze juice on fish. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper (black). Slice hot pepper to thin circle and onion to long thin strips, then add to sauce. Use a wooden spoon for mixing. Let it sit for 4 or 5 hours. |
