APPLE DELIGHT SALAD 
3 1/2 c. chopped apples (about 2 lg. Delicious apples), with peel
1/4 c. raisins
1/3 c. diced celery
3 pkgs. non-calorie sweetener
1/4 -1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon (to taste)
1/2 c. plain, low fat yogurt
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts

This is a diabetic's recipe. Makes 8 servings.

Combine all ingredients. Chill. Garnish with walnuts.

One serving (1/2 cup with walnuts) = 1 fruit exchange; 68 calories, 14 gm carbohydrates, 1 gm protein, 1 gm fat, 15 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol.
