PARTY MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoning salt

SAUCE:

1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 sm. jar grape jelly
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Mix first 6 ingredients together and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Roll into balls the size of olives. Slowly heat the next 3 ingredients in a heavy skillet. Drop meatballs into sauce and cook gently for 1 hour, uncovered. Makes about 100 meatballs.

Freezes well and also is good as a main dish served on rice. Easy to prepare as the meatballs do not have to be browned.
