PARTY MEATBALLS | |
2 lb. lean ground beef 1 beaten egg 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 bottle barbecue sauce 2 med. onions, chopped 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. oregano 1 tbsp. soy sauce Combine all the ingredients. Roll into small balls, and fry in 1/4 cup oil. Drain on paper towels. Place meatballs in crock pot or a slow cooker. Pour over the meatballs 1 bottle of Hunt's all natural, thick and chunky style barbecue sauce. Let these simmer for about 45 minutes. |
