HOT ARTICHOKE DIP | |
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. Parmesan cheese 1 garlic clove, minced Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and spoon into shallow baking dish. Bake 20 minutes. Serve with crackers. Makes 2 cups. |
