3 eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
3-4 apples, cut up

Mix all ingredients in order given until well blended. Then fold in apples and nuts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in a 9x13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top when cool.
