APPLE-NUT SNACK CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. oil 3 eggs 2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. vanilla 3 c. tart apples, chopped, about 3-4 1 c. nuts, chopped Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix sugar, oil, and eggs together and beat 1 minute until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients except apples and nuts. Then add them and pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. 15 servings. Can substitute 3 cups shredded carrots for the apples. |
