BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt & pepper
4 c. cooked, cubed chicken
Sliced water chestnuts, to taste
6 oz. mushrooms, sliced

In large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add celery and onion; cook until tender. Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
