LEMON CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Combine flour and sugar in large bowl. Add butter and eggs. Beat with electric mixer until blended. Stir in lemon juice, buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is light golden brown. Cool on wire rack. Chill until serving time.
