LEMON CHESS PIE 
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 lemon, rind and juice

Mix sugar, flour, and melted butter. Add eggs and beat well. Add lemon juice last and then beat well. Bake in unbaked pie shell at 375 degrees about 45 minutes.
