B. G.'S SOURDOUGH STARTER 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. warm water

Mix well and store in a covered dish in a warm place. Mixture will begin to work and bubbles will form. After awhile, mixture will quit bubbling and working. It will have a pleasant yeasty sour smell. Refrigerate. It will keep up to 2 weeks without using. If unable to use stir in 1 cup flour and 1 cup warm water and allow it to bubble and work. Always leave at least 1 cup of starter. Replenish after each use with 1 cup flour and 1 cup warm water. Let starter warm to room temperature before adding to recipe.
