CARAMEL-CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIES 
1 (14 oz.) bag Kraft caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. melted butter
6 oz. chocolate chips

Melt caramels and 1/3 cup milk; set aside. Combine cake mix, 1/3 cup milk and butter and put half of mixture in 9x13 inch pan. Bake 6 minutes at 350 degrees.

Sprinkle chocolate chips, nuts and spread on caramel mixture and top with remaining cake mixture. Bake 18 minutes until done. Cut into squares. Pan need not be greased.
