ORZO MEDLEY 
1/2 pkg. orzo pasta
1/4 c. raisins
1 c. chopped, seeded fresh tomatoes
1/4 c. pignoli or almond slivers
1/4 c. chopped chives
Salt
4 tbsp. butter

4-5 servings.

Cook pasta as directed; rinse and drain. Add to saucepan containing pasta, butter, tomatoes, raisins, chives, and nuts; salt to taste. Cook for a few minutes to heat, stirring continually, over a low flame (or in microwave).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
