HOT MINT TEA
This is invigorating and has absolutely no need for milk or cream.

mint leaves
hot water
few drops lemon juice
brown sugar, to taste

Chop mint leaves until you have about a tablespoon (if you are using dried, use about a teaspoon dried leaves).

Boil 6 oz. of water and put into a cup (or teapot).

Add mint leaves to the water. Steep for at least ten minutes if you are using fresh mint leaves - it takes longer than if dried (for dried steep 5 to 10 minutes). Strain into cup if in a pot.

Add a few drops of lemon juice and brown sugar, to taste.

Drink!
