CRUSTLESS CRAB QUICHE 
6-8 oz. canned or frozen crab
4 slices bacon, cooked
3 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/3 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
Dash of pepper
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Chopped parsley

Drain or thaw crab, reserving liquid. Slice crab meat, retaining 1 piece for garnish. Fry bacon, drain and crumble.

Beat together eggs, Bisquick mix, butter, milk, crab liquid, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon and press gently. Garnish with parsley and crab meat reserve. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serves 6-8.
