SHIFRA'S TRI-COLORED PASTA
PUDDING
 
12 oz. box tri-colored pasta
2 tbsp. oil
2 lg. Spanish onions
10 fresh sliced mushrooms
Salt, pepper, paprika
3 drops soy sauce
Dash of thyme
1 box frozen spinach
8 oz. non-dairy creamer or milk
3 eggs

Cook pasta according to directions on box. Saute onions in oil; add mushrooms. Saute with onions. Add salt, pepper, paprika, soy sauce, and thyme. Drain pasta, pour cold water over it. Place pasta in a large bowl. Add sauteed mushrooms and onion to it. Defrost spinach. Add creamer or milk. Add eggs. Mix everything together. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Pour mixture into pan. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
