PANSY'S GRAHAM CRACKER PUDDING 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
13 graham crackers
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped dates

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. flour

Separate eggs and beat yolks. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Crush crackers and mix with baking powder. Add vanilla, nuts, and dates. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add. Bake in buttered pan at 345 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with ice cream and topping.

TOPPING: Mix sugar and flour. Add water and bring to boil.
