KABOB MARINADE 
1/2 bottle catsup
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. French dressing (the red type, not the orange)
2 tbsp. mustard
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. vinegar

Cut about 3 pounds of sirloin into cubes (trimming fat). Cut onion in half then half again and separate into layers. Cut green pepper into 1 inch squares. You can also use mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and pineapple tidbits. (If using tidbits, pour juice from can into marinade.) Marinate beef and vegetables at least 24 hours (covered). Stir occasionally to coat all pieces. Place on skewers and barbeque!
