2 c. Bisquick 1 c. sugar 1 c. oil 1 c. milk 4 lg. eggs 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. grated orange peel 1 c. chopped walnuts SYRUP: 1 c. water 1 c. sugar Boil for about 10 minutes, slowly; set aside. In 9 x 13 inch pan, (no need to grease it) place all ingredients. Stir well (will not look smooth). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven, pour syrup on cake. Can serve with whipped cream. Freezes well. |
