TURKEY MARINADE 
1 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger or grated fresh ginger root
1/2 c. peanut oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped onion

Pour marinade over turkey and refrigerate several hours. Simmer turkey in heavy skillet until tender or grill on coals.
