FLANK OR ROUND STEAK MARINADE 
1 tsp. monosodium glutemate
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 c. pineapple juice
6 tbsp. white wine

Score meat with a knife, marking it both ways. Put meat in marinade for 6 hours in refrigerator. Pour off marinade and broil meat under broiler, watching carefully so it is not overdone. When ready to eat, slice meat diagonally, pouring a bit of marinade over slice. Serve.
