1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding 3 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip

Put half of the cookie crumbs in the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan (or be creative; serve this in a clean flower pot!). Beat the pudding and milk together until thick. Spread over cookie crumbs and refrigerate. Mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and Cool Whip together. Spread over pudding. Add the remainder of cookie crumbs on top.
